FAQ – Civic Roots Merch

How long will my order take?
Each item is made to order through our print partner, Printful. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping adds another 3–7 days depending on your location.

Can I exchange a size or return a shirt?
Because we print each item on demand, we can’t accept size exchanges or “changed my mind” returns.

 Damaged/misprinted item?
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact me within 7 days through the Contact page. I’ll reply and ask you to send a photo so I can help start a replacement request right away. 🌿

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship within the U.S. and select European countries.

Where are your shirts made?
All products are printed on demand by Printful in the U.S. and EU using premium, ethically sourced blanks.
