Refunds and Returns
All Civic Roots Merch products are made on demand, meaning each item is created just for you when you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund for any manufacturing errors.

How to report an issue
Send an email to hello@civicrootsmerch.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
